Re: EEA2 / FM-EFM Discussion thread

I applied for a residence card as an extended family member (unmarried partner) of an EEA national having cohabited for many...

Re: SITUATION EEA FM - Residence Card Application

I really want to know if they could apply straight away for EEA2/EEA FM or do they have to wait for 3 months before they could apply I have not seen any regulation saying that you need to wait for 3 months to apply for EEA FM. You can apply straight away as long as you gather enough supporting docu...

Re: EEA Family Permit for Parents in Law

Most unfortunate. Clearly you have to, at very least, address each point. Refute them using Directive and case law of Lim. Show without doubt sponsor is a qp. My analysis and suggestions (made previously) still hold good. Not sure if you had opportunity to uae them or build on them in some way? Jus...

Hey, Thanks for the Link mate. However, I have heard in a lot of occasions they let people in without any problems. Have you heard anyone being refused by entry clearance officer or someone who has been allowed in after their graduation ceremony? Do you think it should work, if I do not mention work...
