Re: ILR Application Questions

Just to add another quick question in the hope of an answer...

Seems only a partner declaration form is required? Doesn't the applicant have consent forms to sign for ILR SET(M) applications?

Re: ILR Application Questions

Hi Hoping some can advise on another query I have. I submitted our application which will rely on my salary. I advised a salary of £31,750 on the application, however I realised when scanning my payslips that 5 were paid at this level, and 1 was paid at £31,000. Will this be an issue? I've been paid...

Re: ILR Application Questions

Thankyou! Can anyone help provide some clarity on questions 4 and 5 please? I can get a tenancy agreement if required, but have never heard of the 'sufficient space' thing. Didn't provide anything for that in either FLRM or extension. How do the rest of the documents look, in particular cohabitation...

ILR Application Questions

Hi all I need assistance on a few things before my wife submits her ILR application. 1. She’s on the 5-year route and her latest FLR(M) expires on 27/03/2022. The first FLR(M) was granted on 25/01/2017. I think that means we are safe to apply any time now. Can someone confirm please? 2. One of the q...

Re: FLR M extension time

Thanks for your response :) The checklist specifically asked for my p60 as I checked a box in the application that generated this requirement. For the correspondence, I have 6 joint and 2 reach of individual which makes 8 covering the period from her last leave to remain. Which months would you reco...

Re: FLR M extension time

Hi all I'm just finalising our documentation before scanning and uploading. Would anyone mind having a look over the below please? I'm happy with it other than perhaps the correspondence part, I can't space it more evenly than this but hope it'll be ok. Passports etc Passport (applicant) BRP (applic...

Re: FLR M extension time

Hi again, In addition to the above document checklist I have a couple questions abut the form itself. I've mad an attempt but stopped before the declarations. 1. When did you start living together? We actually lived together for 2 years in Mexico before moving to the UK. Do I enter the original date...

Re: FLR M extension time

Thanks Seagul I exceed the income threshold and she has a pd certificate from a UK University so income and language requirements are met. We're also in the same rented accommodation from our last application so that should be ok too. So from a timeline perspective would the below be correct? 1. App...

FLR M extension time

Hi all My wife is in the UK under an FLRM that expires on 03/08/2019. I'm just in the process of preparing documents for the extension we'll need to apply for in July but I'm struggling to see exactly what will be required. For example, we provided a translation of our marriage certificate and a bun...

Hi all I've turned the house upside down looking for all of this today! So the premium appointment is on Wednesday 25th Jan. Also, has anyone here used the bank statements provided as part of the financial requirements for proof of living together as well?

I'm also quite confused on the wording of the below, it's not clear to me at all! Any input on my last post and the list in general? I have just over a week to go now so still have a little time to find and sort out last minute additions or anything I've overlooked.

Cheers

Re: Settlement visa for Mexican wife help :)

Hi all Resurrecting a very old thread here but here goes... We ended up getting her a Student Visa and returning to the UK together in 2012 with a view to applying for FLR(m) shortly before the visa expires. The time has now come. We've booked a premium appointment for the 25th Jan 2017 and have alm...
