hello,

yes you are partly right but in your case its a joint application. if eea national is the the sole applicant then yes they receive PR in 6 weeks but now with referendum looming ii guess there will be a surge in application and hence delay.

hello,

Assuming you are the eea main application who is qualified after exercising 5 yr continuous treaty rights ,just fill in your details and follow section 3.

you are the sponsor for your family so your wife situation doesn't matter.

section 11 is for durable partner.

You can call hmrc and request your tax/work history for the last 5 year.
electronic council tax should be ok or u can provide tenancy agreement for the last 5 years.

Hello, You will receive your PR with your spouse Probably 10 day later if you both apply together on the same form and it will take 6 month. you r correct on points 1,2,3.

ur eea pr form section 3 will guide you which section u have to fill depending on the category . section 11 does not apply to you if ur section 3.1 no 2 .
