In your SET (O) form under section 5 did you mention your actual / current earnings in pounds/hour or did you mention the Codes of practice hourly rate?

You can only book appointment 6 weeks from now. So if you are trying beyound that date the appointment system will not work. Dear nnj10- I am fully aware of the point you mentioned.
