The Department for Health has its own rules on whether or not people who are not ordinarily resident in the UK can receive free NHS treatment. NHS treatment does not count as public funds for the purposes of the Immigration Rules whether it is paid or unpaid.

Hi Hash4U Did you get any letter from home office regarding your application ? Are you on Tier 1 ? If you had enough point in your application then you would be fine. I have not received any letter from home office , But through bank I got to know that my payment has been declined , So I called home...

I am going through the same problem. My problem was my credit card Limit has been reduced from 3500 to 1250 , and bank did not inform me before I apply my application . When I called bank I have been told they can reduce limit any time without giving me a notice and home office a had payment request...
