To book PEO appointment, you only need personal details (Names, DoB etc) of you and your dependants.

No need to include UK born child in your ILR application. Register her for naturalization after you obtain ILR.

On the lighter side of things. Let's say you are lucky to be a Euromillion winner, or any lottery winner with several millions in your bank account, do you still need to be employed to apply for ILR?

It is a ridiculous statement from UKBA to state you must be employed to apply for ILR. This is clearly not the case, as there is no where on the application form you are asked to indicate if you are out of work or not. You only need to show you meet the salary/income threshold for your category for ...

Absolutely spot on there, Crowbar. 11 payslips still qualifies me so no need to worry about getting letters for the missing one.

Thanks

Have a look at this link for the 28 day rule. http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas-immigration/settlement/ Not sure the above link would help. You may take a look at this http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/documents/policyandlaw/modernised/cross-cut/ilr-calculating-continuous/ilr-calc...

Online Appointment Booking

Hi Guys,

I am planning on applying for ILR at a PEO from next month (25th October). When is the earliest date I can book an appointment online. Using the 42-day rule, I've got it as 14th September. However, I need to be sure that date is the right one so I don't miss out.

Kind regards,

I am re-posting this message, as I was unable to get any response on this. As per the UKBA revised guidance, if you entered UK within 90 days of getting HSMP, you can apply 28 before your HSMP stamp date. But in your case it falls on a weekend (20th Oct 2012), so the earliest you can apply is 22nd Oct 2012. Thanks Linkers. My family arrived 16th Feb 2008, and we have not ...

Re: ILR - 90 days Rule

I obtained HSMP in November 2007 and arrived the UK 16th January 2012 . So you haven't yet arrived!! Was it supposed to be 16-Jan-2008? And if so, you won't complete 5 years in January 2012 but the year after 2013. Anyhow, the entry date of dependants doesn't matter (also, the requirement for them ...
