Looked through, and can confirm you have everything needed to pull this through. For co-habitation, were you married before you got your initial T1 (G) visa? If that is the case, you don't need to show documentation for co-hab. This was my experience. As long as your salary meets the requirement, t...

No advantage in applying for extension close to 22nd June. For ILR, the earliest you can apply will be 24th May 2015. Don't think there is any reason for you to start looking at ILR at the moment. First things first, sort out your extension. Then closer to Jan 2015, you can start talking about ILR. ...

Why don't you for a small fee get an accountant to confirm the earning on your payslips from your Limited Liability Company? This would only strengthen your case.

Better safe than sorry, I think

Consider holidays in the UK for now. Ask these councils to give you a reference to the legislation stating that marriages requires settlement status. I don't think that they will be able to do so. Just want to add on this piece that settlement is required for marriage. I think that information is r...

Freedom from Immigration time restriction starts from the date ILR is granted i.e. you receive approval letter. (note that there is no word to the effect that says that you are granted ...

Isaac2k2, the earliest you can make a postal application for ILR is Saturday 27th July 2013. Should you want to make an in-person appointment at a PEO, the earliest you can do that would be Monday 29th Jul 2013. You do not need to include kids born in the UK in your ILR application. Once you obtain ...
