Dear All,

Do they put the immigration stamp in the passport after the health control unit or even before that when you see an immigration officer?

Do you have to see the immigration officer again with the landing card after the health control thing is over?

Hi, i am wondering how the landlord will have any knowledge about room sizes etc. Best he can say is that the house has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room etc. Is there any other document the landlord may have which has room sizes. Are the visa officials too stringent about this requirement?

Spouse visa - accomodation requirements

Dear All,

Can you please let me know what type of document have you submitted for the spouse visa application confirming the room sizes (> 50 square ft etc). Is there any such official document which lists the sizes for each of rooms in a property?

Thanks

Hi,
Is it written somewhere that it is 3 months from EC. On the visa stamped it does not say that anywhere.
Also i even could not find it on the HSMP guidance notes.

Kayalami what are your thoughts on this?

Hi user,

My understanding was that when you apply for PIO card, they return the British passport back immediately. They keep the photocopy of all the documents and return the originals. Is that not the case?

Did you apply by post or in person?

Thanks

I don't think if you are employed, attaching copy of P60s would help at all. My advice is to attach only the documents that are needed. Adding extra would add to confusion.

At least the NCS Haringey lady advised me against attaching my P60s.
