Work permit and entry clearance

Hi

My current WP is due to expire on the 19th September and my entry clearance at the same time.

I have any application in for ILR which will take approx 8-12 weeks, how will this effect my status?

Will this mean I am an overstayer?

Hopefully some can help!

Cheers.

Yes i did go to court due to the change over in my licence and delay in documentation which was clear, the fine was still processed as a fixed penalty of £60 and 3points.

Hope that helps!

Council Tax

Hi

I have been unable to find my council tax invoice and I am planning on submitting my application without it.

Would you please advise if this document is imperative?

I have all the other documentation and accounts required to prove I am self sufficient.

Thanks
