Thanks, but I will be going part time due to childcare. Is there any way round the income requirement for ILR or do you think I should go down marriage route?

Hi, I'm currently on the Tier 1 general hsmp visa which expires in August 2012. I will be able to apply for ILR then as will have held the visa for 5 years. I had a baby in April this year and am currently on maternity leave until December. I then plan to return to work part time so won't meet incom...
