Re: urgent query

You are correct- the form has changed. However you used the old form which is fine as already advised as the old form can be used for 21 days. You have answered the question correctly on the form you have completed. The ukba may still undertake checks to see if you have ever received public funds b...

Re: urgent query

Your question is clear, but my answer is not! Admittedly! You certainly need to withdraw the CB claim as soon as possible. This is to ensure that on the visa application form you can honestly and correctly answer the Public Funds question .... no! This is because the question is asked in the present...

But that now appears to be an online application, but the online facility is currently down for maintenance. Thankfully the form SET(O) fo...

Re: Tier 2 sent wrong application form. advice needed

Hi all, I mistakenly sent in the old tier 2 application form without finding out that there is a new form that started from 14th february. I sent in my application on the 15th of february on the old form. Does anyone know if it will be returned or can still be considered since its a days difference...

Ask for a reimbursement, perhaps after a decision. Ya I made it very clear at number of occasions including covering le...

Re: P60 Inclusion in ILR Application.

P60 is not seperately identified as a document to be submitted. However it is a very useful document for both applicant and caseworker to demonstrate that the applicant meets requirement. P60 can 1- prove applicant is economically active 2- can prove income of the applicant 3- can prove continuous e...

there is absolutely no need to meet the maintenace requirement in the way you have set out for tier 2 extensions. You need to read the policy guidance documents which sets out the maintenance requirements for tier 2/PBS dependents and which bears no correlation whatsover to the calculation shown be...

Vinny's second advice is very sound. DA can no longer be followed by courts and tribunal, as far as it states an application cannot be varied by means of making a totally different application. Provided a decision has not yet been made and a person is stilled covered by Section 3c, a new applicatio...

I would speak to the employer right now ! I wouldn't waste a minute. Don't think this is a "easy" process. It's easy for the companies which does good book keeping of all documents etc. It's always an extra burden and not all the companies will like to spend extra money and put in effort....
