Called them and the lady told me that decisions hasn't been made. She gave me fax number for the case worker unit in Liverpool. The lady said i can contact them regarding my case.

As per my previous post: I would suggest you to call UKBA on 0870 606 6677 and insist to speak to a supervisor, you have to be really firm on you request to speak to the supervisor. They can provide you a specific address to write to your caseworker directly. This is a tried and tested method. Best...
