A passport will be issued in the name of the citizenship certificate and the foreign passport. So yes, leave it as it is. ... so they removed the "Core" all together - but as you said, i believe they took it from the citizenship. thanks, Gab I think you are talking about Italian citizensh...

Travel to Switzerland quick question

hi there,

i have a simple question. I am italian, we live in UK, my wife has a EU residence card and on Filipino passport for now.

can we visit Switzerland as easy as we usually travel to any other EU country?

i am not 100% about that.

You can apply for a new one any time. NO need to wait till the current one expires. There is no renewal application as such. thanks so much, that sounds great... as for PR I will check that out too. I think it took 3 months last time we applied the residency permit (can't remember) does it sound right? so say we apply 6 months before expiry that should do :D

that's great info and that is exactly my case, i can show proof of meetings and interviews in theory, but if i wanted to do everything by the book and give them this comprehensive insurance thing, which one should i get? however...the bottom line is...if i have a good job 100% there's much less hass...
