u can apply under article 8 , u have astrong case if i were u i will not travell out of the uk, there are loads of cases laws tht favours you . apply under article 8 with all the supporting documents u could be smiling soon

my inital application was made in 2010 and i was refused i have a pending reconsideration with them i hv waited for about 4 months.
@nets5 hope it all goes well with the appeal did they give u removal diections?

I wish I wish you guys all the best . I hv a pending article 8 claim as well, just been here more than 8 yrs with two lkids ages 6 and 3 thou none is british.I know someone tht has just been granted dlr after pre action protocol letter.let us hope for the best its very fustrating, but wht can we do....

Hope u don't mind me asking , were u an overstayer, I ask all these because I hv a pending human rights claim, hw long hv u been here for I mean in the UK I hv been here for over 8years with two kids ages 6 and 3.Thnks

when ur case worker says she will consider your case under section 395, it means she will take into account how long you have bben here ur age , ages of ur kids if u have any criminal record compassionate circumstance so its time to pray , i believe u will be granted do not give up hope

olu, this is a positive move on ur case , do not listen to negative advice i know loads of people that have been granted in ur situation all u have to do now is pray,they do not even have british spouses or kids u hav a case zh tanzania best interest of a child u child have had a life in the uk remo...

U better run away from that solicitor , u can apply under the 14 yr rule as long as u hv documents to bck it up.u can also apply for discretionary leave as partner of a British citizen u need a good solicitors to help u with this good luck
