Re: Can I apply only after 9 months on ILR?

As far as my understanding is "a substantial part of estate" means basically owning a house or a property. So, I thought I can cut short the waiting time by 3 months, it would be nice :) Also another point to mention would be: a. at the date of application, the applicant has had less than ...

Can I apply only after 9 months on ILR?

Hello Guys, Do we have to wait for exactly 12 months on ILR (after the 5 years residency period) to apply for citizenship? Or can it be a little bit earlier? 9 months for example on ILR - free of immigration restriction. As per document: https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachmen...

Hello,

Do I need to send the parents actual passports and BPRs (that shows ILR) with the application? or is a photocopy enough?

Please advise.
Thanks.

Re: ILR Application - question about 5 years continuous stay

Hello Amber,

Thanks for your reply.

But the absence was not more than 180 days at any 12 months period.
The max was 120 days for the 1st 12 months period...but around 100 days out of these, I wasn't employed yet. I was still looking for work.
Could that be a problem?

Please advise back.
Thanks.

ILR Application - question about 5 years continuous stay

Hello Guys, I need an expert's opinion here please. In my first year (first 12 months of the 5 years period), I was out of UK for like 120 days as I kept returning to my home country as I couldn't secure a job. Since then, I haven't exceeded the 30 days of annual leaves in each year. Would that be v...

So do I need to login at mid-night as well? Or will I find appointments any other time?

Also, if I didn't find any appointments, what will happen to my current one?
As it warns before hitting the reschedule button that the current one will be canceled!!

Thanks
