Re: Changing employer (Tier 2 general worker)

The answers provided by iworker are correct.

Re: Is signature required for online tier-2 visa app

Re: Wrong SOC code for Tier 2 general visa

I think this is pretty simple and as Iworker said, consider yourself lucky to be asked to produce the correct documentation. All your employer needs to do is use your current job spec to find a corresponding job spec at NQF level 6. Please note it doesn't have to entirely mirror it but it has to be ...

Re: Tier 2 Autumn 2016 changes

As far as I am aware, if the job spec matches you current job even though it's in a higher position then you can retain the same SOC and still switch roles but if the job spec varies greatly suggesting that the job you are moving on to is completely different, then your company would still need to c...

YES.

As long as your Tier 4 visa is still valid at the time of making ab application to switch to Tier 2 then you will not be required to have a RLMT done

Well from that link and from speaking to UKBA who initially weren't sure and had to get back to me via email as there was no provision made for post study work visa holder in any of the statements released. They confirmed as it is in the UKCISA link, that post study visa holders will be classed as n...

Thanks ct1209!

Thats was very informative and it gives me a good idea.

If that suggestion by the MAC is anything to go by then I think PSW holders will be able to apply as new entrants as I finished Uni just 2 years ago.

Thanks again for pointing that out !
