Experts Please respond to my below query. I am asking this question for someone else..

If I am on Tier-1 and my wife is on Tier 1 PSW …. Is it not possible to apply from Uk for dependant visa? Is it compulsory to apply from India?

The necessary amount is 533 pounds held by you, or by her, or by both jointly, for the requisite period of three months immediately prior to the application date.
