Travelling during company takeover

Under Tier 2 sponsored visa can you travel abroad when the company is being taken over. They will be transferring me under TUPE arrangement however the new company does not have a sponsor license yet (parent company does have it) but will be applying it once the new company has been formed

Hey ahmedahmed,

I got a query to ask as you have a continously living int eh the UK from 2006 that gives you 5 years continous living. My query is dont you need to be living 10 years lawfully before you can apply for ILR with the exception of workpermit and entrepeneur visa?

your not meant to find the exact job title you need to find the best job title that suits your job description. the job title you find under the SOC code must again be under or same as 20 K to qualify again this should be caluclated under the 37.5hous per week. that menas if you are working 40 hours...
