I got all my documents this morning. Did withdraw application 3days ago. Post man knock the door. Recorded delivery and it seems my case was still on the que since nothing had happened...

I requested my passport back on the 2nd August (it was sent with my wifes set M application). I phoned up and the woman was really helpful and said no problem at all - they agreed to sent it recorded delivery to my work address. I'll let you know when i receive it. The application has been in 8 wee...

I couldn't bear this torture more and I really needed my passport, therefore I did withdraw my application today I lost about 2000 pounds(1000 pounds solicitor and other fess + 972 pound home office). :(((((( After sorting out my problems I will definitely take home office to the court for such an ...

I don't know whether having this forum to check information on is a blessing or a curse - it's a great source of information and updates, but at the same time it's frustrating to read that others are receiving their ILRs in much shorter timescales than we've been waiting for (14 weeks +)! Ah well, ...

Exactly, what they are going to tell you after 14 weeks? I was thinking if I call them after 14 weeks and they tell me your case is still on process or something like this I will go mad, I want a clear update after 14 weeks, any experience?

The waiting time is a real ordeal as it freeze Travel plans, job oppurtunities during this time of the year (July) during this holiday season. And I have got still leave to remain until late March 12, if they refuse my ILR but they will not revoke my PSW, is that right? unless you no longer meet the requirements for PSW, they should not revoke it if your ILR application is refused. That's right but couldn't wait that long. on the other hand wanted to see what they are going to say? if they refuse me whats their ground? then rectify that weakness in my application and reapply before March 12.
