in the eyes of UKBA you are self employed so you need to tick self employed...but as yiu are submitting documents from accountant so it will be clear that you have to pay class1 NI as you are drawing monthly salary...

personally I dont think so..the fund should be in your account not in your parent account because when you apply for student visa your parents are responsible but now you are applying for visitor visa which is different..

You would need to tick Employed and if the case workers ask you then simply say I am director of a company..

180 rules doesnt apply on dependant ....however make sure she stays within limit of spending time outside Uk when applying for naturalisation...
