date on which your visa was granted...i.e before 6 June 2010...do keep the approval letter safe..you would need it when you apply for your extension...

IELTS is not required if your are applyinh gor settlement or citizenship...The only test applicant needs to take is Life In UK test...

ys 3k would be considered as earning...but do bear in the mind you would need to pay class 2NIC which is a higher amount..

Whilst with limited company concept you draw income as combination of salary(taxable) and dividend(non taxable)..

I believe that general condition for applying for visa is that your passport should have atleast 6 month before it expires....

Regarding accountant lwtter just ask him to show the net profit no need of mentioning how much tax is due etc....you dont need to tell everything to the IDIOTS sitting there as they can start fooling around
