you dont need to..but make sure until that date( till Jan 2013 your tax and NI contribution are up to date)

buddy .the letter from hmrc will indicate the start date and end date of period alsi it will include your tax and NI contribution.. this could form another piece of evidence for your income where you were getting cash for your work... see page 23 onwards http://www.justice.gov.uk/downloads/legislation/bills-acts/legal-aid-sentencing/laspo-rehab-of-offenders-act-eia.pdf looks like you are at mercy of UKBA where they will decide whether they can grant leave or not....again another act of EXORTION OF MONEY FROM IMMIGRANTS... but one...

Does it mean if you have been convicted for an offence in Aug 2012...your Rehabiltation Period ends in 1 year...

Only asking because I have been fined by Court this month for fare evasion and my ILR is due in May 2014....

she can claim whatever she wants....it doesn't effect your application...just ensure that everything goes into her personal bank account and not in your bank account or joint account...

you need to submit 2 pieces of evidence...did you get the payslips for that period (this could be one proof)..another proof could be statement of earning letter or letter from HMRC showing the employment history...

As far as I know you claim points on net Dividend which is calculated after tax credit is taken into account...Net Dividend goes into bank account which can be tallied not the gross dividend...

You can do that...but its about HMRC which can cause some issue...ask your accountant he will be able to tell you...

yes that should be OK..but preferably you should submit the payslips...also ask HMRC for statemnet of earning letter...sooner you do it better it is as it takes about 2 weeks to arrive..

payslip date and paydate will be different so not to worry as long as the amount shown in bank statement is same as that shown in payslip you would be OK...

Just out of curoirsity does your payslip shows the Pay Date??????most of the company do show that...
