Its up to you waht to decide..better to apply for citizenship as it cost £550 only.The ILR fees is more than this...

You can take your baby along with you but he/she wont be able to enter the UK unless he/she has vaild visa or british passport...

why do you need to pay £220...it doesnt ask for that fees...you dont need to pay any fees for biometric if you are applying in person...

your visa is being extended..its not the application for the first time....so a 2yr rule would be applicable...

yes you wuld need to register for self assessment...also you dont need to pay Class 2 NI..you wuld only pay Class 1 NI as you are a director of alimited compnay meaning you are employed by the company.....

Did you check with Rehabilitation of Offender Act...

I guess you would need to extend and your extension would be based on criteria you used when you applied for Tier 1...

I only know that if your name is wrong you would need to contact UKBA to correct your name and they will sent the new letter..Try contacting them may be you get someone knowledgeable...
