Yes. God knows whats happening. I applied on 12th May via Solicitor and appliation was received by Home Office on 13th May. Solictor is saying that fees has been deducted but I havent received acknowledgement and biometric letter yet.

I am able to choose this. Choose Tier 2 (General) and Extend you stay in UK option. On point absed calculator just say that you have proved your english language skill in your previous application (You must have submitted documents for ILR) along with letter from home office which says that point awarded.

HO has all the record and they can then check it.

How can we check the points scored for Qualification on point based calculator? I am trying to use it to prove that my qualification is that of UK Level but doesnt see any option for this now since Tier 1 extension has been ceased

Won't this be disregarded as it's not a serious offence and as per guidelines an offence not serious in nature committed before 12 months is disregarded.

You should be OK. I was also worried but whole process went smoothly. You can get Basic Disclosure and PNC check done.If nothing appears there you would be OK but do remember to mention it on the application form and cover letter.

Are medical leaves considered as discretionary?

I am eligible to apply for citizenship but sure about one thing. I was out of country for 91 days due to medical emergency. I had ulcerative colitis which UK doctors were not able to identify. Now I just want to know whether I can apply for citizenship ? Also what document do I need to submit ?
