Under the immigration rules the applicant will have same status as before the application was submitted until the decision has been made..

In simple words yes your wife can continue to work...

yes i know few of them and I am aware of what I said..UKBA functions differently then in eyes of HMRC....also thses applications gets rejected most of the time because the applicant tries to use uplift ratio on Overseas earning for Tier 1 extension..UKBA doesn't allow that .However if you have paid ...

nope..you can't claim overseas earning for your TIER1 extension because you are not paying tax to HMRC on that..if you are paying tax to HMRC on overseas earning you can claim points for that...

there is nothing like that...just take the biometric letter to the post office and you should be able to submit the biometric for you and your depedent..

My wife had 181 day absence....The actual caseworkers doesn't have authority to approve...they do all the checks and enter it into the system...The approval always come from the manager after seeing everything...

Effect on ILR application

I waa given the court summons for underground fare evasion...I did ask TFL to settle it out of court but they refused...They said they will go to court asking the court to pay the fine....I am now wondering if I need to declare this on my visa application....

Please help...
