Thats wrong info Vinny... The OP has to apply for naturalisation certificate for her daughter first and then apply for British passport. This is because OP was not British Citizen she had another country passport. Regarding travelling yes you can travel next day after applying via NCS however its no...

Fare Evasion and British Citizenship

In August 2012 I was fined by court for Fare evasion on London Underground. I did pay the fine to the court and matter was settled.

However my citizenship is now due in June 2014. Am I eligible for this ?

Underground Fare Conviction

Last year in August 2012 I was convicted by Court for London Underground Fare Evasion...Court ordered me to pay the fine which I did.

Now my ILR is due in June 2014..According to the new rules am I eligible to apply for ILR in June 2014?????

Get your BC and the apply for OCI..this will means that you will give up your Indian nationality but OCI entitles you to the same right as Indian citizen apart from voting and taking up government jobs..

Hi Everyone I am currently on UK Tier 1 visa.I was convicted for fare evasion on London Underground in Aug 2012. My ILR is due in May 2014. It will definitely not effect your husband ILR.

Also it wont affect your application because you have not been convicted of the offence.

Rest your mind and take it easy. But make sure you dont repeat this mistake again...

I think noone is ure because of LASPO bill which has been introduced...I am in same situation as yours ( have fare evasion issues)...I have filed the RTI with UKBA regarding this but haven't received any response from them..as soon as I recieve anything will post here...

nope canon123 is wrong...and johnyboy is correct...you need to produce dividend voucher which shows gross dividend and net dividend but since there is 10%tax credit on dividend that part is discarded and you are left with net dividned which is paid from your business account to personal account and ...
