no...but when you extend ur stay u will need to attach both passport with your application...

In August 2012 I was fined by court for Fare evasion on London Underground. I did pay the fine to the court and matter was settled.

However my citizenship is now due in June 2014. Am I eligible for this ?

I think I have to do that only and extend my Tier 1 visa for 2 month only and then apply for ILR...

I dont think you can do it often and its valid for first 2 years only..Gurus might be able to confirm...

Get your BC and the apply for OCI..this will means that you will give up your Indian nationality but OCI entitles you to the same right as Indian citizen apart from voting and taking up government jobs..

It will definitely not effect your husband ILR.

Also it wont affect your application because you have not been convicted of the offence.
