it doesn't amtter how many months you are showing..As long as youa re scoring enough point by combining any number of month in previous 12 month you should be OK..

I am not sure about this...you need to wait for others to reply....What I know is sometime caseworker do check the date on payslips and on the bank statements...

As said earlier you can't show business account as proof for maintenaning funds unless te business account is your personal account as well..

you need to calculate total salary that you have earned to ensure you are getting enough point...UKBA doesn't consider how much your current salary is but it cares about what you have earned in past 12 months...

dependants doesn't come under 180 day rule..but this will have effect when she applies for naturalisation...

why dont you have the child birth here..the facilities are good here and your child will automatically get british citizenship after you get your ILR...

the best way to do this is to ensure the amount which is in your business and personal statement matches with the amount shown in your payslips and dividends...

just ask your accountant to do this (he will be able to do this because account will be unaudited which can be changed afterwards)...
