Call home office and get your reference number from them directly.
Normally your reference number start with alphabetic and then follow with numbers. Your surnames first letter is your first letter of this reference number.

No.

Guidance says you don't need to submit this documents again to claim points for earnings and qualification.

But to gain 10 points for english knowledge you have to provide the documents. In my case these both documents are same so no harm submitting again.

Is your query sorted?

When you apply second time, you received another 2 year or only up to qualifying period of 5 years( in your case for 9 months)??

Hi, Technically she should apply at the same time you apply but as you said she has not complited her 2 years with you she can't apply for ILR. She need to apply for FLR.
