I'm on 15 weeks and still waiting as well!
(SET(0) Tier 1 + WP)

Called them last week to find out what's going on, their response is just "that it hasn't been decided yet" and that "they have received all my documents"...

I applied under the SET(O) rules (2 years on Work permit, 3 on Tier 1)

I hope they've got a reduced workforce and that that is the reason for delay!! My ILR application was sent 20th April 2011 (so it falls under new rules) Home office requested additional documents on the 7th July - which made me think "yay - they're actually looking at it" but I haven't hea...
