I called the BA on Friday as my six months was over last week. The woman I spoke to, after I said the " 99% in six months" was a fallacy, basically told me they were just now beginning to work on November and December applications, all the time still insisting that they were still achievin...

Don' t have the link, but if you go to the UKBA website and download the Set (o) application itself, the one fro December 2012, it states this in the disclosure section. I just filled mine out and mailed it the first week of January. It is stated very clearly.

I received a fixed penalty notice for texting whilst driving one month before making my applicatio on June 26th. . I paid the fine, and declared it on my application. I received my visa approval today, the FPN was no problem. But I do advise declaring it-don't try to hide anything.
