Massive ILR problem caused by Oct 13 rule change pls help

My wife will be applying for ILR in Jan 2014, she is here on a spousal visa. She had planned to do the ESOL with citizenship course to meet the requirement for Life in UK Test as she finds the Life in UK Test difficult. However from Oct 2013 you must do the Life in UK plus an English course which gi...

Student graduating in July 2012 with a dipolma

Just looking for some advice -

what options would a student who graduates with a dipolma in July 2012 have if she wanted to remain in the UK.

The college she is studying at does not have a Royal Charter so the PSW route is not open to her.

Very worried I won't meet proof of subsisting relationship

I have become somewhat worried about threads posted on here which show EOC rejecting spousal visas because the do not believe there is a subsisting relationship. Are there set guidelines that have to be followed. My wife does not have a pc so there is no chance of emails of skpye calls. Our communic...

I got married in May and my wife passed her english exam about 4 weeks ago in sept. I am waiting for work to provide me with a letter and am waiting on a few other items before we can apply. Would this delay of about 6 weeks impact her application... might the EOC say 'why didn't you apply the secon...

FAO: Those in arranged marriages

How did you over come the problem of meeting your partner only once? I met the wife, once and then we were married a week later and week after this I have returned home. I am however worried that the EOC will not look favourably on this.

Any advice regarding how to overcome this.
