Please let me know what documents did you cary in order to convince CW that your wife does not need to be in uk for 2 years?

I have similar case, as my wife joined me in March 2010.

hi there,

I have got a similar situation as well.

My visa was stamped on 28th October 2006, but visa started on 2nd Nov 06. Now my current tier 1 visa expries on 2nd Nov 11.

will 28 days before applicatoin criteria start from 28th Oct or 2nd Nov.

hi Radah, if you pay just the penalty, then is fine. If you have been to court and was given panelty does not mean that you have criminal conviction. People I have asked and they said that it depends on the case, sometimes you go to court and pay the fine or both fine and criminal conviction. sorry ...
