In my case the return of docs meant an approval - they included the approval letter in my pre-paid special delivery envelope, so let's hope it means an approval for you too! Yes ....If you have unspent convictions
No ..........If no convictions

That's my understanding as well. But I think my question is what to say in case where there is a conviction that is spent.
