I have a question about EEA residence cards for non EEA family members. What happens if you loose your passport with EEA2 sticker in it abroad? How can you come back to the UK without a visa? Is there any way to obtain it from a British embassy?

Hi,

We have a comprehensive health insurance from AXA PPP to be in the self sufficient category of the EEA route. There is also a dental cover/insurance add on. Do we need to purchase dental cover as well?

Hi An immigration adviser told me that although i am married to an EEA national, i have to pay National Insurance as a non-EEA citizen to get EEA4 at the end of 5 year. Hi, I got married to an EEA national on 29 May 2010. On 29 May 2011 (first year) I had been absent from the UK for 147 days. I am on my second year now and absent only 20 days yet. Hi,

My passport expired and I got a new passport from my country's embassy in London. There is my EEA2 in my expired passport.

Do I have to apply EEA2 again to be transferred to my new passport?

Or can I travel by carrying both old and new passports?
