@rpsarangi Please do return here after your extension!!! and tell us a final equation. Because you meet income requirements in both cases, so you are safe. I feel you are the best person to discuss this issue with CW once your decision is made. Reference Paragraph 92 and 93 of Tier 1 Guidance Paragr...

You do not need to wait until the end of October. Remember your Period of Employment is October 2011 to September 2012. So you are getting your 12th monthly salary on 15th October 2012.

Yes you should have used Post Office. If your income will be lower than 26000 only because of one day deduction, again its your mistake. Safe margin is always important which you ignored. Your case could become an example for many. However, I wish and hope that your application will not be dealt by ...

There is a section in the dependent form for address (L5-L6) where you (on behalf of dependents) have to state why they are not living with you.
I think sadafrzaidi has mentioned separate UKBA addresses to where we need to post applications. :wink:

Thank you Lukapooka.I want to apply at PEO and at the same time want to remain on the safe side dates wise. If we apply when 58 days left, do you think I will get extension from date of expiry of initial leave? Secondly, If we are self employed, do they always make a decision on spot. Or a caseworke...

You do not need such letter from spouse. Regarding your Bank statement, it is normal that you work in August and get salary in September if you get monthly. Then you go back home, work there three months and return with foreign earnings of 30k. Have you met legal ...

@Lukapooka

I want to apply as early as safe to avoid extra extension. What is the safest time? Secondly, does the location of PEO matters as I have seen Croyden mostly extends visa from the date of previous visa expiry? I might be wrong. Please advise.

Your tax payment deadlines have nothing to do with your visa extension dates. For all earnings you made from January 2012 to 5 April 2012, you will have to send your returns by 31 October 2012 and deadline for tax payment would be 31 January 2013. Similarly returns for remaining period of your incom...

Lets suppose a photographer's annual turnover is 20k and before the end of that tax year, he buys a photocopier and new photo printing machines for 15k, and during this year his other business expenses were 2k, so in total he has spend 17k. 20k - 17k = 3k, So he will pay tax on 3k.
