I have read above that Karishna stayed 5 months in the UK and now planning for another 12 months. So that means total period he is staying in the UK during these three years will be 17 months only. I have further questions here from the moderators: 1. I have read that we can stay outside the UK for ...

If it involves self employment and invoicing etc, i am sure they will defer decision and will take some time to go through verification process which would mean this is not going to be a one window operation. However it entirely depends on who deals with your case. I have seen cases where the amount...

No I have clearly said that your opinion is correct. What I am still suggesting is however, quite different. Because I know when you are away from children, how difficult it is. I am experiencing this and just do not want anyone to take even 1% risk because of some illiterate ECOs sitting there. And...

Correct. That is what one can expect from a Guru. However, I still suggest that if the dependents can afford to show more funds (I mean including additional £2800), they should do that when applying to eliminate the risk of getting refused at first instance, when they are applying within first 12 m...

No I think the decision was not wrong. It has been discussed here many times especially by sushdmehta that ECOs interpret some guide lines regarding maintenance funds according to their own understanding. I have also read that the spouse funds should be maintained in addition to the Tier 1 migrant's...

The original Nikah Nama should be stamped and signed. Letter is not necessary but good if you can get one.

UKBA now requires an endorsement by the marriage registration authority of your area. So you must get it stamped and signed from them. The registrar never keeps the record forever. He submits all the Nikah Nama to the registration authority of the area for registration with them. So basically you ne...

A P60 is issued at the end of a financial year. Normally 90% firms issue a P60 covering a period from April to April next year. In October/November, it will not cover recent period. Secondly it is better to send original P45 which he can get now on 5th November. I think you mean March 2012. I think ...

There is no limit on number of accounts and you can show from anywhere. For example you have one account in UK and one at your home country, so you can show your funds from both at the same time in one application. But there are few things to consider. 1) period of all accounts must be the same (no ...

Yes you are right, but you will have to apply by 27th October. Remember, you can show your earnings of any '12 month period' that fall in last 15 months immediately before the application date. But maintenance funds of three months must fall in last four months immediately prior to your application ...

They give a lot of surprises. I think each ECO interperates the law in his/her own way. So it is advisable to keep at least £2800 in your own account in UK or abroad. Your spouse can keep in her own account the remaining £1600.

£800 is surely enough after 12 months of your arrival in the UK.

You should not apply for a fresh Tier 1 Visa from Pakistan. Actually you cannot apply for it and it had already been closed. Instead you should write an email to visa.abudhabi@fco.gov.uk and explain to them what has happened with your passport. If you have a copy of your visa that you have lost, sca...

You're not wrong. If you are referring to the Part 6, this is all about dependent and not the main applicant. I do not think the dependent should need to mention main migrant's convictions on this nor you should include any change of circumstances form. Please wait until a moderator put some light o...
