Tier 1 ILR National Insurance

Since HMRC has stopping taking payment through DD, how do we meet home office requirements for Class 2 National Insurance. What documentary evidence is required now. Thanks

Re: Claiming Points for ILR

I think last time you needed 100 points, including 10 for English and 10 for maintenance. Maintenance funds is not a requirement for ILR. Also, you have already proved English requirements, so you need 80 points and life in the UK certificate.

Re: Tier 1 to ILR (Employer Letter)

I am also applying soon for ILR. I am on Tier 1 (G) for nearly five years. When I first entered UK on Tier 1 (G), I lived only a week or two in the UK and then went back home where I lived about 85 days and then returned to UK and since then living here except for few holidays later. So my first abs...

Re: Any good law firm recommendation?

I am desperately looking for an immigration lawyer to deal with my ILR (Tier 1 - G) salaried plus self employment application. I am not in a position to prepare my application myself or I should say I can't trust myself at this stage as this ILR application for me will be sort of final step of a lon...

Re: Maintenance funds for Tier1(G) ILR?

I thought I should assume something instead of reading a series of chapters from your link. Tried though but couldn't find answer. And I know it's a simple yes /no answer for someone like you.

Tier1(G) ILR

Do we need to show any particular maintenance funds for Tier1(G) ILR for main applicant or dependents? (like we showed previous 3 months funds at the time of extension), Sorry if its a repeat question.

Healthcare Surcharge (ILR)

This page clearly says in begining that 'You don’t need to continue if you’re applying for a visitor visa, or indefinite leave to remain (ILR)' https://www.immigration-health-surcharge.service.gov.uk/payment/start But in the end it says 'You may be exempt from paying this healthcare surcharge, but y...

Do moderators provide immigration services?

Hi
Can I contact one of the moderators to deal with my immigration matters if they provide these services officially? I am reading moderators' posts here for years and because of their knowledge, I can trust them more than several others in the market. Thanks

They will probably check whether or not you have paid tax for your self employment income which you declared during your initial application and extension. Don't worry you have the option to apply on the basis of 10 year residence which you can do on 13 July.
