However, since you can apply for ILR 28 days before 15-Nov-2014, you will probably be able to send in a postal application on the last day or so and expect that they will process it within the 28 day window, thereby saving you thousands of pounds on re-extension. First of all let me add here that, ...

1. Original is the one which you and your spouse has signed. The other is surely a translation. You must include original with certified translation if it is not in English. 2. No. But it should be registered and endorsed by your local union council or cantonment board Ref: http://www.immigrationboa...

The rules have changed months ago. Its 180 days PER year, not for the full 5 years. However, this should generally be in line with the purpose of your visa . How many days one can stay outside UK each year if the absence is not in line with the purpose of visa but it is just a personal trip abroad?

His entry is fine, he is concerned about extension dates.

@balak you should apply for ILR on Monday 13 April 2015 by post or on 14 April (next day) at a PEO and you will be fine. If you apply within 28 days after visa expiry, you are fine.

Visa of all of us was due to expire on 3rd May. I had to apply within last 28 days. On the other side I wanted to pay £561 rather than £1545...

Call for strike suspended which is good news. @mnaeem126, I am applying separately because i have appointment at a PEO for myself only. I don't think applying separately when its only you and one dependant, is a good practice. Its not big difference in payment, ideally you should have posted togethe...

Thanks for your reply. So no more plans to do this. Is it possible to personally handover Tier 1 dependants application at UKBA Durham address instead of posting or sending through a courier. I am in a situation where your urgent reply will really help. Thanks
