I am switching from PSW to TIER 2, Has any one collected his/her docs/brp yet?

i applied feb 21 and did bio 14th march, cos expired i think april 12th or so..
so just still waiting for docs and brp to be sent ...

But we called UKBA and they said they'll change to USED when app is considered....

Cos number was checked today if status has changed to USED, but she said it was EXPIRED....How do we know when it is used ????

Did my Bio on 14th March, So hopefully should get it

When do they usually change their processing times ...Still the one of last week on there at the moment

Although i submitted my UK certificate and wrote the University name details as specified on the form

In section N8 which option should I tick, I have a Masters from a UK university, that is why i am a little bit confused
