Hi - we just had our baby daughter born on 20th. I have registered her name with council. We both have ILR so wanted to check what is the process of applying for british passport for the child. Do we use the same AN1 form or is there any other process?

Hi Susan - I got in touch with Kamal Kendal from ukvisaexpert(Hounslow). He helped me with Tier 1 renewal also 2 years back and his charges are almost half of others(around £460 for ILR)

Hi
I entered UK on tier 2 ICT on june 2009 and shifted to tier 1 general in november 2009. Can I apply for ILR in june 2014 or should I wait till november to be eligible?

11L says
For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 1 (General) migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules

I was on tier 2 ICT for 6 months before moving to tier 1 general, what documents I need to show?

Hi all

To avoid any confusion, I have now got a letter from my institute confirming medium of instruction and examination was english. So I will now attach this letter with NARIC letter that my degree is equivalent to UK masters. Hope this suffices.

Just wanted to check if this combination is still valid for ILR as when I look at the https://www.gov.uk/settle-in-the-uk and select tier 1 general it doesn't list out tier 2 ICT as a combination.
