Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Waited 5 years to reach ILR stage and this happens. Too close but too far. I've applied for my ILR (M) on 12th April. The only email I got was from UKVCAS in regards my eligibility on fingerprints reuse with no confirmation on when this will happen. This has made no difference so I am still waiting...

Re: FLR(M) - English exam

Hi there, Not exactly an answer to your question, but my spouse used IELTS older than 2 years for her FLR-M on July 2015 and never had trouble and got the visa approved. If you look at their webside http://www.ielts.org/about_us.aspx , it says "IELTS is jointly owned by British Council, IDP: IE...

Re: Spouse Visa Extension for Spouse of a British Citizen

Hi, Ideally & generally speaking not earlier than 28 days from your expiry date if you are continuing your stay in the same category. It also helps you so that you don't lose out on any days/months that counts towards your ILR if you get your new visa with starting date earlier than your old vis...

Re: PEO appointment for PBS dependent application

Hi,

Last time I went for a PEO appointment in 2013 in Croydon I have seen people accompanying others. I hope that has not changed. You will go through an airport style security check.

Hope this helps.

Re: Saturday PEO Appointments

When I checked it a couple of times in the last one month I had a feeling that they release only 1-2 weeks date in advance these days, maybe I am wrong.

If you check for the closest dates like a week or two you will see slots whereas if you look for a months date in advance nothing comes up.

Re: British Citizen Spouse Visa Working restrictions

Hi sak20099, PBS dependent visa can apply for jobs except those that comes under "Training" category. Uk trained doctors undergo foundation training programme which come under those and there are others like for example Senior House Officer, so this kind of roles will be restricted. All el...

My 2 cents.

you should be resident in UK at the time of extension, not necessarily employed thought.

I am just a newbie in here myself.

Seniors please help ttobymax with your comments.
