Thanks greenie for your reply. The purpose of their visit mentioned in the forms was to see our family and tourism. If I were an airport personnel, I might have thought why these people are coming to visit the family in UK now while they have just met back home. Obviously, the second reason of touri...

Thanks very much sushdmehta. You came to rescue as always :) It is a rented flat with two double-bed big rooms and a big lounge.

Do I need something else apart from a copy of tenancy agreement, letting agent's report about flat, and the land lord's permission?

I would imagine a British marriage certificate should be much more acceptable to the home office as compared to the nikah nama.

I would call or email home office for further clarification though.

This is a wonderful news, another blow on the face of HO's desperate politically motivated "injunctions". Decision like these show, why Britain is great even today - in this poor economic mess, salute to the British judges.
Another good news for the immigrants.

[resolved] Help regarding family visitor visa

My spouse and I live in a two bed rented flat with our baby. We want to invite my parents in law and a sister in law to the U.K. My questions is:

Can this accomodation be considered sufficient for us all for the visa purposes, or is it better to book some hotel accomodation for them?

Please see Ambassador's success story as pointed out by Vinny in this thread which further proves that the cohabitation proof is not even required for a continuous period.

This is getting confusing now
