I myself reached an idea which seems correct: There is no one yet who applied for ILR based on 5 years wholly on Tier 1 G as PBS introduced in 2009. So all of Tier 1 G who applied so far applied based on combination of Tier 1 G and HSMP/Tier 1 G and work permit and for HSMP they have to show their ...

what goes around comes around. My turn now to comment on your thread :) As you might have seen on my thread, I have placed marriage certificate and the birth certificate of the child in the cohabitation documents. You should be absolutely fine with cohab documents. But, in case you want to amass a b...

Hi pied-piper, I dont quite understand why you need the following documents: 1) Cover letter - since this is an in-person appointment In case, the CW asks me to leave all the docs, cover letter would be a good summary what was my immigration history and what I have included with the application for...

Re: Final checks before PEO appointment, need advice please.

- Absence sheet (108 absences total with one stamp missing) Sounds good to to me. Why you are including covering letter. It itsomething with one stamp missing or anything else. arifahmmad, do you think I should mention this on the cover letter. If I do so, I am concerned I might be digging a hole f...

I don't highlight the issue of the missing stamp on the cover letter at all. I have only left a blank space in the absence sheet for it. The cover letter is there in case, the CW asks me to drop all the documents with him/her while s/he would examine the docs in my absence as is the case with some o...

I assume you aim to use a debit card. May be use a credit card if you have one. Hi pied_piper, The list looks fine to me. Make sure you write full names on back of each photographs. Also make sure you give only the documents asked for(they will start with pasports and Application form), especially co hab. For cohab start with Tenancy docs, council tax.... etc . I got my ILR fr...

Do they put proof of ILR on the passport ?

Hi All, I am applying shortly for ILR in Solihull PEO and wonder if they put a stamp of ILR on the passport on the day of the appointment. Reason I ask this is because I plan to register my son for British citizenship under section 1(3) MN1 asap after I am granted ILR, God willing. One of the requir...

Can you please share the format of the employer letter you submitted, what information exactly HO would be looking for in the employer letter. As far as I know, the employer letter is not a requirement for the Tier1-G applicants.
