Not really sure about it, best thing is speak to the Indian High Commission. I spoke to some one in Edingburgh High Commission and they informed we can renew child passport although both parents are British. Ofcourse, it is Possible to get although both parents are British. the application and fee payment can be done online. generally it is called as Certificate of Entitlement for Right of Abode, not just right of abode The only thing is, you have to check with Indian High commission if they issue an I...

Hi,

We applied for my spouse. We have a asked to put slightly different name on the naturalization certificate.

e.g. Maryben John Smith to Mary John Smith. Do you think/know if this is a complicated change which could delay the application? Would we need a deed poll certi.?

Why do you need to submit surrender certi. for visitor visa for India?!!! Its required to get OCI and they will take the original. They are two different things. For photos if you are in Birmingham then go to the post office near the IHC. The guy is very knowledgeable and helpful. otherwise contact ...

Its been 10 days and fees hasn't been debited from the bank account. The application was through NCS (Wolverhampton).
Does anyone knows how long it usually take to debit the fees and how long before I can make an inquiry.

My referees sign my AN form way back in Dec last year...can this still be accepted..is there a time limit on how long a referee can sign the form before submission of the form... I would advise to get new signature with latest date. You are spending awful lot of cash for this, isnt it!!? why gamble..
