So you have to do both
LIUK and
Level B1 cefr or above english lingo in speaking and listening.

It does looks like UKBA didnt took the request into consideration and neither did they asked for any documents!!!! So I have to spend another £94 to apply for correction!!! ( I have been advised by NCS that they will contact us if they need anything) These people are just bunch of robbers!!!! :evil:...

Hi,

My mrs has just got her BC approved but her name is unchanged on the acceptance letter. We did mention this on Application form. (via NCS)

How do we make this change?

The name change is as follows:

Maryben James Smith TO Mary James Smith.

OKay I understood what you Mean, Yes applicant Nationality is British not Indian. Since the applicant is British born but you took Indian by descent you are now going for Right of abode instead British Passport that the applicant is free from Immigration control I selected British only Not sure if ...

Not really sure about it, best thing is speak to the Indian High Commission. I spoke to some one in Edingburgh High Commission and they informed we can renew child passport although both parents are British.
