Mr King, It looks as if u owe more tax to HRMC. U need to have different tax code to get this sorted. Since ur still employed through limited company ur accountant can sort this out for u. Also if u read the tier 1 guidance it does not mention about corporation tax that is either due or overdue. IMO...

Mr King, Kindly read it carefully. It does mention NOT to get it stamped/signed by ur accountant. You should not get your accountant stamp/signature on this because its your ltd company, your accountant has nothing to do with this resolution/board meeting. You as director need to sign this and if po...

Hi, After reading through the dependent application form, I see there is a question which asks as follows: M1; Are you applying for leave at the same time as the PBS main applicant that you are dependant upon? The answer is a Simple Yes or No. (You will be Answering No). Then you need to go Question...

Hi Strictly speaking ur right. R u going in person or postal? If PEO its 200% fine assuming u have got ur decision that same time. If ur going postal I am not sure if its a good idea. Not sure how UKBA will treat ur dependant application. Is it worth taking the gamble? Again there is no mention in a...

PEO - Croydon - Tier(1)G Approved-Experience

Dear All, Had a successful application with Croydon PEO today, 21-Feb-13. I submitted the application on my own and was lucky enough to book an appointment by waking up at midnight some 42 nights before :) I own my Ltd Company with 100% Shares. I did not burden the case worker with too many document...

Sorry mate what you plan to do is fraud. Also, Home office finds out you will get banned for 10 years because you have used deception when you turn in your application. Even worse if the find your application has come through a fraudulent accountant they can cancel your visa anytime (assuming you ge...

Hi Nav, I think the answer is pretty straight forward mate! If your Director, you are liable to Class 1 NIC contribution assuming you go over the upper Threshold. This is very similar to any employed person. If you show as self employed you will then need to show Class 4 Contributions. Also if you s...

Hi shedy789, A very good concern, but lets think it this way: 1) Lets assume Both you & Your dependants have visa until 15-Jan-2013 2) You get your T1(G) extended via PEO say on 03-Jan-2013. 3) As per T1(G) guidance your new leave to remain should kick in at 16-Jan-2013 (unless the CW has messed...

Hi, I had the same confusion and in my opinion (could be a fact) you need to show 800+533+533 in though you are applying only for your child T1G-Depedent visa. As per the new guidance version 02/2012, page 10, paragraph 46 clearly states the money needed for showing maintenance fund. "If a fami...

Hi Santosh, Feel bad for your situation, but its not the end of the world. 1) You could potentially qualify if your employer can write a letter stating the same. But if you were not paid in UK (read if you did not pay your taxes to Her Majesty) then its difficult to say. 2) You can not use uplift ra...
