Is allowed to naturalized but travelling with ILR? That is British passport not yet obtained but still travelling on old passport with ILR

it is the same names but rearranged. For example

Victoria Patricia Patel. Patel is the last name

But on the British passport i want it to be

I obtained my HSMP in April 2007 and switched to Tier 1 when i did extension in 2009.
Does my wife neccessarily need to spend two years in UK to be qualified as dependant on my ILR application. She came to london in October 2010 though her visa was granted in January 2010
