My Issue is I do have an Observation in the passport of my MArried name, which they haven't replied in writing if they are accepting or not. A lady said over the phone that they would not accept observation. Also the delay in the reply causing frustration I wonder if I just send to HMPO my official ...

We have the same issue, my Indian PP HAS A observation with my married name which HMPO would not accept. Not sure what to do now, guys above did u all get the PP sorted

Hi guys I have a problem in sending my docs for tax credits. My situation is: I sent my joint application by middle of August. Recieved a letter on 27th Dec to send our original passports and bbrp. But we have left to india on 30th and returning on 23rd of jan, means I couldn't send my docs until 24...

Tax credit office seems to be pretty rubbish, I applied for tax credits in the beginning of August. When I phone they repeat the same slogan saying they are doing further checks.

Sorry to hijack the tread, any idea how long it takes for tax credits to be approved for settlement holders, it has been 2 months since I applied! When I phone they say they are doing some checks??? But how loooooong???

Thanks for your reply. But is it not it's ukba error they gave me less 12 days. In their website they say They will give 3 yrs and 2 yrs, but in my case they havnt is in it.

Is it true that documents are sent to applicants via the DX, we had a card through our letter box saying re signed letter. Do you guys get back the docs via THE DX too. We are still waiting on BRP replacement card after 3 months

hi

I thought they were closing the PSW altogether but seems a relaxation here, if a student have a job offer of 20K then they get 2 years Teir 2 general visa automatically. I think they have heard what British Council were saying.
After all they are not tightening visas are they!!!
