Re: PEO Appointment Reschedule

Hey ,

When you start searching initially dont put any dates, just tick preferred locations and search...it will list the available slots in those locations...if you couldnt find anything suitable then...start searching with only available from date...

Hope this helps..

All the best,

Hi Amber,

As per the new application form for SET(O), its asking to furnish the letter from employer for all absences from UK.(Refer section 6.2 and 6.3)

I will be applying very soon using set(o), please advise on this.

Hi All, I appreciate your time and help on this. My wife is here in this country since 2009 to 2011 on a student visa and from 2011 September she is on Tier 1 Dependant visa. We are about to apply ILR in 2014 Jan, I am assuming she is eligible to apply ILR with me as per the old rules, but I would l...

Q1) They dont need your original passport, photocopies of you and your wife passport is necessary.and also photocopies of the BRP card. Q2) Guidance bit confusing on this but my advice is to get the TB screening certificate to avoid unnecessary confusion and delay your baby visa. Q3) Its not a big d...

Yes They would like to see pay slips or some sort of income coming into your account..If you fail to show you have a regular income then your dependant visa most likely to reject.

1) If you dont travel outside UK your baby not required any visa or passport. I am not sure about the visa fee. a) It doesnt create any problem, you may need extra documentation if you apply from India. b)NO impact on ILR, it doesnt matter. c)No problem if you are travelling to your home country whi...

I dont know what exactly you are trying to achieve, why do you make things complicated...when he is eligible for British Citizenship why you are worried
about his ILR.

My advice is get his British passport and apply for OCI( Overseas Citizen of India) card.

Hope that helps..

Thanks,
Uday

You don't need to include him in any of those applications..child born in this country is never an over stayer...Once your ILR is sorted, then you can apply for his passport.

You can choose any of the payment method, if you have time get postal order.

If you are not leaving the country then you dont have to include the baby in your Tier1 extn application, once you get the ILR then you can apply for the baby's British passport.

All the Best,
Uday.

You dont need to maintain any funds for ILR, but if your ILR application is bit complicated and if there is any chance of getting rejected then my advice is to maintain the funds, worst case you can extend your tier 1 visa.

Thanks,
Uday
