Can I use my A2 certificate twice ?

Hi,
I applied for an extension under 5 years route and passed my A2 on Saturday 11 November 2017. I am about to apply for ILR now, is it possible to use that certificate again ? Or do I have to sit for the test again.

Many Thanks.

Hi,
I am Pakistani and wish to travel (3 days) to Europe. Do I need to get visa everytime I visit even though my wife (British) is travelling with me ?

time scale

Hi,
There is no time scale for them. My appeal was allowed in Oct and still waiting. Rang them today and after 47 minutes hold, they said I have to wait for biometrics.

Hi,
I managed to speak to them after 47 minutes of hold but she didn't even ask me my reference or name. She said to wait. So don't waste your money unless its VERY urgent.

Hi,
yes it was Article 8 application. If you have done your biometrics, you should get your BRP very soon, as your case is already decided.

Hi Irfan, I believe they will just send you your BRP once you have done your biometrics. I won my appeal in October 2012 and was asked to fill a form in January 2013 which I did and was received by UKBA on 16th of January. I am still waiting for the Biometric letter. Will hopefully be here soon. Kin...

challenge

HI Greenie, I understand that its a rule made by parliament. I just wanted to ask if that can be challenged since its wrong. They shouldn't have done this to the people who are already in the court. My original application was made in beginning of 2011 and took so long. Its obvious if a judge in UT ...

challange

Hi Greenie,
Anyway we can challenge that in the court ? I do not mind applying 4 times in 10 years as long as they make a decision quickly instead of making me wait for 2 years.

Hi, I applied for DL in 2011 which was refused in April 2012. I appealed against the refusal and won my appeal from Upper Tribunal in October 2012. I have now received a letter from UKBA that they will be issuing me leave according to the new rules i.e July2012 Is it a mistake from them ? I am worri...

no time limit.

I don't think there is a timescale for HO to issue visa once appeal is allowed. My appeal was allowed on 19th October and still waiting but mine was allowed on article 8 basis.

I really hope you get it sooner.

Hi,
I got my determination from Upper Tribunal just under two weeks and my appeal was allowed under article 8. Any idea how long will it take to get visa now ? Is there any timescale or UKBA take their time.

Hi, I am sorry if someone has already discussed this matter in this forum. I tried my best to find a thread here but couldn't find any information.
